		<description>Your main method of treating yourself is to acquire as much information about your condition as possible, and do be disciplined enough to follow that advice...also, get yourself a support system such as your friends, colleagues, family members, etc...
I must say that it is difficult to go it alone, especially when you have panic attacks....</description>
