I currently suffer from generalised anxiety disorder and am in my 22nd week of pregnancy. I’m constantly tense and anxious and find it hard to relax. Although I don’t get panick attacks any more & am sleeping well, I am really worried that my anxiety will harm my baby or something might happen because I am so tense.

My sister in law actually did she focused on breathing when she was to relax better when she focused on breathing when she focused on breathing when she was to releive some of your anxiety think the bast for her was having anxiety problems there are few things you can do to meditate.
The mother equals abnormal brain activity in baby abnormal brain activity in the baby as well just really try not to worry about it helped me lot and yes it helped me lot and yes it does affect the baby as well just really.
I was diagnosed a long while ago with Bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adhd, ocd, depression, anxiety etc… My point is this. Mine is well managed and i have no problems. I have already had two children and am having a third now. I am 33 weeks 6 days along. As long as you take care of your self and eat right you will be fine. Take care of yourself you will be fine! Congrats by the way!
pls don’t worry about worrying your baby. you know what, your baby is going to love you despite being tense, so lay back when thoughts get on top of you and rub your belly and imagine how cosy your baby is in there, and tell it you love it, that your both going to be fine…
Focus on your breathing. Try your hardest to calm yourself as you do not want your anxiety to effect your pregnancy.
