I have lived in seven states and went to four high schools and I’m only 19. Could this be enough to cause social anxiety disorder?

I’m sixteen. I’ve lived in two states so far and have moved multiple times. I think it has affected me because I remember having a lot of friends before all the moving started. I’ve been through seven or eight middle schools, each time having to make new friends. Though the only few friends I have now are in Ohio and we keep in contact through e-mail. Sometimes I find it hard to meet new people, wondering if they’re going to welcome me or reject me.
