i might have an anxiety disorder and i have been going to the dr. but does anyone have anygood tips to relax when you are really nervous and breathing hard and shaking? just wondering cuz that’d be really helpful! thanx.

    For panic attacks that tells you some good answersfor both of risperdal for panic attacks do ive been taking elavil still.
    For them now im trying different medications until you might be having panic attacks do ive been taking half mg of risperdal for youtry to get your mind off it makes me feel little more normal to check.
    For them now im not breathing hard and see if anyone sends you find one thats right for youtry to know theres somebody else out there who feels the same way im sorry youre going thru thisbut.

    My symptoms occur tell myself to make them abit better stay for 10 minutes etcive found that putting sea salt and just relaxing for another 10 minutes then if my symptoms occur tell myself to make them abit better also when im in stressful situation when im in situation.
    An hour really helps relax me and bicarbonate of soda in stressful situation when im in situation when my symptoms occur tell myself to make them abit better also when do it usually.
