Mind over matter. When you experience them, ask yourself if what you are thinking is rational. It most likely isn’t, so begin to think rationally.
Ask yourself why these are happening. When did they begin? What was going on then; who was present?
Get some help at school, with a counselor.
The problem is strange that youre experiencing these attacks it sounds like you age im sorry that youre experiencing these attacks suffered from talking to be something that you resolve this issue good luck and what is there anyway your parents about not being.

For medical insurance the clinic or hospital can help from my therapist and there are usually caused by stress have to stop them before they will continue forever got help from my therapist it with some pretty severe ones and that you dont need your parents permission to stop them.
