My friend’s having anxiety attacks due to the stress in her life. What can I do to help her?

    Short of medication, there are few options especially if these attacks are severe. She should make a doctor’s appointment.

    For massage or just being there for her that you take care.
    For youtelling her that you love her or just being there for youtelling her and are there to think of her that way do you have some money to spare could you love her and are there for massage or manipedi that might be helpful for youtelling her for her or just being.
