		<description>One way to look at "anxiety" is having anger about something in the future that most likely wont happen.  "Worrying" wont add another moment to your life so why do it?  

BTW, fictional books, plays, movies, etc all operate on the "anxiety factor" whether it be losing a love one, or losing the farm or getting eaten by a giant bug, etc, etc,   If people dont respond to those "anxiety factors" created by those things that we call 
"entertainment" then that industry will come to a screeching halt and of course, those folks have something to "worry about".  

So take heart....learn to just "let go" of the problem.   And learn to just watch how things pan out.   God is in control anyway.</description>
