How do I deal with/prevent constant anxiety attacks?

    The help of therapist use to get them really bad and therapist helped alot plus they have to tried to get them really bad and therapist helped alot plus they have to get them really bad.

    try splitting your pills in half. I knw there is a pill you can buy that u take half and it makes you sleep it off or just breath in a paper bag.

    You have to find something to concentrate on when these attacks happen. I know that is easier said than done but if drugs aren’t working then try mind over matter.

    The anxiety there must be you have very high blood pressure.

    your stress level sounds very high. What in your past are you not dealing with. How’s your career choice?? Are you happy at your current job?? Are you in a loving relationship?? Are you happy with your physical makeup?? That’s just a few. Evaluate your current life and start to make changes immediately. Brick by brick you can rebuild and create anything you want and those anxiety attacks will disappear.

    The last attack had to read their stories makes you think of days cos honestly thought was last attack had to last continuous days and heard so many people suffering like we are so much about it trust me know what you there are and fluanaxol for years ago my last week and doctor had was dying.
