		<description>Sometimes you may be in a place or a situation that makes you anxious, and not realize it, and that will trigger an anxiety attack. 
If you have  PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), this is real likely to happen. 
I would contact a counselor and see if they can help you. Sometimes having someone to talk to, that can help you through some traumatic situation, will be extreamly effective.

They may refer you to a psychatrist who can put you on a low dose anti anxiety medication.
I would most definately seek out a counselor.
